The role
VAEKST AB is looking for a Norwegian speaking part-time Business Development Consultant to help drive B2B sales opportunities for our customers through our Sales-as-a-Service concept. You will assist our customers with intelligent market segmentation, outbound sales and market analytics by blending technology, such as AI-tools, with phone, email and LinkedIn outreach. You will become an integrated part of our growth journey, helping define our strategic direction while working with our customers in fields like consulting and technology. You will develop skills in complex B2B sales and work closely with the management team to build the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Outbound sales activities through email, phone and LinkedIn
- Create business opportunities for our customers in the Nordics
- Manage your own sales pipelines
- Drive customer success through reports and status meetings
- Identify best practices to develop our internal processes
- Work with CRM systems and AI-tools
- Contribute to building the VAEKST culture
Key performance objectives
- Sales: Conduct a minimum of 150 outreach activities in fluent Norwegian, towards relevant decision makers, per week (via phone, email, and LinkedIn) on behalf of your customers, leading to the generation of at least 20 new leads and 5 high-quality business opportunities per month. Track the conversion rate and continuously refine outreach strategies to improve brand awareness, lead generation, and customer insights.
- Data: Accurately log all customer interactions and relevant information in Hubspot after each engagement. Develop and maintain a system for tracking and analyzing customer insights, providing monthly reports that offer actionable recommendations for customer improvement.
- Customer communication: Develop and demonstrate proactive communication skills by joining check-ins with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide updates on outreach efforts. Aim to achieve a high level of satisfaction from customers and develop a commercial mindset that supports both VAEKST and customer objectives.
- Mindset: Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented mindset by identifying and resolving significant customer challenges, leading to improved customer satisfaction and retention.
- Culture building: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and demonstrating a commitment to the company's values and goals. Actively participate in social culture and company events, contributing your whole self to enhance the VAEKST culture.

Recruitment Process

- Short Screening Call: We'll reach out on a brief call to learn more about you.
- 1st Interview (45 minutes): Meet with our Head of People & Culture to get to know each other and learn about VAEKST as a company.
- Prepare Case: Spend some time on a case relevant for the position.
- 2nd Interview (60 minutes): Walkthrough of the case with the Hiring Manager.
- Final Decision: We'll make our decision and extend an offer to the right candidate.
